Dear Valued Customer,
WE'RE STILL HERE! As many of you already know, Excel Picture Frames, Inc. experienced a fire at its facilities on the night of Tuesday, January 15th. This email is an update on what we are doing to recover, and what it means to you, our customer.
Contact Information:
Our contact information will remain the same. You may reach us at 800-578-7252, or 562-949-9282 (local customers) to place orders or to make inquiries. Our fax number will be 323-233-7496 up until Friday, January 25th. Our regular fax number, 877-949-1396 will be available beginning Monday, January 28th. You may also reach us via email at excelframes@excelpictureframes.com or through the Contact Page at excelpictureframes.com. We are here and ready to receive your phone calls, faxes, and emails and to process your orders.
Relocation:
We are in the process of relocating and should be up and running and shipping your orders by Monday, January 28th. Our Physical Address, until we rebuild, is:

Your Orders:
The majority of our custom framing products including Custom Moulding, Custom Mats, Custom Fillets, complete Custom Presentation Packages (CPP's), Multi-Opening Mat Packages (EXMO's), etc. will be available to ship on Monday, January 28th. Meanwhile you can feel free to contact us to place orders using the contact information above. We will begin actually processing your orders during the week of Monday, January 21st.
A limited amount of our Ready-Made Frame styles will be available within 2 - 3 weeks.
Other items such as Framing tools and supplies should be available within 1 - 2 weeks.
Trade Shows:
We have no intentions of canceling our participation at any upcoming trade shows including this weekend's SPA Convention in Tucson, Arizona.
Our Business Relationship:
It is our complete intention to relocate, re-organize, and resume our normal operations in the least amount of time possible. We have already taken many important steps to ensure that this happens. We appreciate and thank you for all of the phone calls and emails we have received. We also appreciate and thank you for your continued patronage and patience during this time. Thank you.
